21 Health Habits Over 21 Days
You'll receive an email each day of The Beacon 21 Day Reset that will lead you to a 5-10 minute audio recording that will explain the habit for the day, how to implement it and why it is an important step in stewarding health well. Each day may also include an additional tool, reference or resource in addition to a Quick-Start Video, Program Guide and Symptom Tracker.
Daily Inspiration Over 21 Days
One of the things that keeps us from starting an effective program to steward health well is negative mindset. Our mind is daily bombarded with lies, fear and limiting beliefs. Behavior is simply an echo of belief, so it is vital that we drive out the negative thoughts and fears so we can engage in the habits that help us to steward health well. Each day's audio is 3-5 minutes long.

21 HEALTHY HABIT AUDIOS TO INTRODUCE A NEW HABIT FOR EACH DAY OF THE RESETOn the evening before each day of the Reset, you will receive an email with a link to the following day's 5-10 minute audio file that will tell you the healthy habit to be added, instructions for how to add it to your routine, and a little bit of education around why the habit is being added.
21 DAILY INSPIRATIONAL AUDIOS TO COMBAT LIES & FEARS THAT KEEP US STUCKBreaking habits that do not serve and replacing them with new ones that help to steward health well is primarily a mindset activity. This means that there are likely lies and fears you'll have to address in order to make the exchange and to make those new habits stick. You'll receive access to a new 3-5 minute inspirational audio each day that will help you to combat some of the most common lies and fears that come up during the Beacon Lifestyle programs.
DAILY PROGRAM EXTRAS TO HELP YOU ACTIVATE WHAT YOU'RE LEARNINGEach day's lesson may also include additional tools, references or resources to help you integrate the habit of the day into your everyday life. Think checklists, journal pages, recipes, links to resources and additional education . . . what we refer to as "extras."

Hi, I'm Erica.
I'll be your coach and mentor on this journey of learning to steward your health at the next level. You should know two things up front . . .
First, I'm a certified holistic health coach (IIN). Second, I battled with chronic digestive and hormonal balances most of my life which crescendoed after the birth of my second son when I was slammed with severe postpartum anxiety and panic. But I won!
Both of these things drove a desire in me to create a program where I could tell others my story of how I got well but also a place where I could show them a way they could follow a similar path to get well for themselves.
Now, here's the thing: I don't think healing and stewarding health well is a "one size fits all" sort of situation. But I do believe there are some basic, Biblical principles and holistic concepts that do apply to all of us. So that's where this journey of stewarding health begins.
Now's probably a good time to tell you that I'm also a pastor of a local church (have been for 9 years now), and when I went to get my health coaching certification it was because I heard the Lord in prayer one day say, "I want you to teach the Church how to steward health well. The Church is meant to be the healthiest Body on the face of the planet!" Because of this, every program I create is driven by the mandate to help you steward your health in such a way that you will live long enough and strong enough to do and be all God created you for.
